About Us
Situated in a prime, first-floor location on Blackpool’s South Promenade, the Beachcomber Steakhouse is a bright and airy restaurant with great views out over South Pier and the Irish Sea.
The restaurant closes during the off season but during the summer months it’s the place to go for quality food at a reasonable price and although it’s been a seafront fixture since 2002, the restaurant was completely refurbished in 2015.
Chef-owner David Kay returned to his Blackpool roots to run the Beachcomber after 30-plus years as a chef with a culinary CV that takes in the QE2 and London’s Ritz Hotel.
You can expect a menu that offers high-end pub food with grill dishes like the 16oz T-bone steak (£24.95), 8oz Gammon Steak (£10.95) or Surf & Turf (£16.95) as well as an extensive choice of ‘Old Favourites’ such as Homemade Lasagne (£11.95) and Chicken Curry (£10.95). You can also choose from the daily specials board.
The Beachcomber is fully licensed and kids have their own menu with activity pack.
The restaurant can comfortably seat up to 65 diners and is available for private hire too.

We love eating in this restaurant when we visit Blackpool. The food is fantastic & reasonably priced and the service is friendly & welcoming too. I would highly recommend a visit to Beachcomber Steakhouse!
This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful little restaurant. Excellent menu and high quality food and service.
Visited the restaurant on Wednesday with my wife and son. Both my wife and I have the sirloin steak which was fantastic and my son got his main course for £1. The restaurant is spotless and the waiter was very good. Will definitely return.
Very spacious restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. The ribs were succulent and cooked properly. Excellent value for money, a good family restaurant with good varied menu. I would definitely visit again when I am next in Blackpool.
